T&Cs

Welcome to Cup'N'Cake! These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in our cake decorating workshops ("Workshop" or "Workshops"). By booking and participating in a Workshop, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

  1. Non-Refundable Policy

    • All Workshop bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is made and payment is received, no refunds will be issued, except as specified in Section 3 below.

  2. Date Exchanges

    • You may exchange your booked Workshop date for another available date listed on our website, provided you give us at least one week's notice prior to the originally scheduled Workshop date. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@thecupncake.com.

  3. Minimum Participants Requirement

    • Each Workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants to run. If fewer than 10 participants have booked for a Workshop date:

      • Cup'N'Cake reserves the right to cancel the Workshop.

      • All participants will be notified of the cancellation within 2 days of the scheduled date.

      • Participants will be offered the option to:

        • Rebook onto another available Workshop date as listed on our website or as communicated via email, or

        • Receive a full refund. Refunds are only available if Cup'N'Cake cancels the Workshop.

  4. Notification of Cancellations

    • In the event of a cancellation due to insufficient participants, Cup'N'Cake will notify all affected participants within 2 days of the scheduled Workshop date via the contact information provided at the time of booking.

  5. Cakes & Allergens

    • There will be no baking of cakes on-site. All cakes are pre-baked and provided to Workshop participants on the day of the Workshop.

    • Cakes provided in the Workshops do not cater to allergies. Workshop participants who suffer from allergies should read our Allergens notice prior to booking. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they are aware of and understand the potential allergens involved.

  6. Aprons

    • Standard aprons will be provided to all Workshop attendees by default.

    • Personalized aprons can be ordered through our website here. Please note, all personalized aprons must be ordered at least 7 days in advance of the booked Workshop date to allow for production. Any personalized apron orders placed after this date will be refunded.

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • Cup'N'Cake reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in Workshops constitutes your acceptance of any revised T&Cs.

  9. Liability

    • Cup'N'Cake shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Workshops.

  10. Governing Law

    • These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
